MONROE POLICE DEPARTMENT report number 2026-03820.

On June 18, 2026, the customer came into the store to pick up his order for White Air Force 1’s (Order #5939). At that time, he was wearing a black zip-up (“Mixed Emotions”) jacket and Yeezy black slides — items from a previous order (#5079) that he had also filed a chargeback on. When I addressed him about that prior order, which he had since charged back despite clearly having received and worn the merchandise, he became aggressive and threatened me. Due to the severity of the threat, I filed a police report with the Monroe, NC Police Department, report number 2026-03820, documenting the incident. Given that he was visibly wearing the items from Order #5079 on the same day he picked up Order #5939, this serves as clear evidence that the merchandise was received and used, and I am requesting that the chargeback on Order #5079 be reversed.
